My passion is to help people improve their lives, find their purpose and reach their goals. For many years I have done psychotherapy and coached countless people on finding more satisfaction in their everyday lives. As an adjunct professor, I taught more than twenty different psychology courses at the University of Maryland, including happiness, motivation, stress and building relationships. In addition to a PhD in psychology, I hold degrees in economics and education. My interest in wellness has been lifelong; I am also certified as a personal Trainer.
For much of my life I have lived in the Washington, D.C. area, but also appreciate my Midwestern childhood. Family is important to me; I am a widow with several adopted children, stepchildren and grandchildren. Travel, working with others and lifetime learning are among my passions.
